Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff members - Provide excellent customer service to clients - Schedule deliveries and pickups of construction equipment - Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently (QuickBooks) - Assist with filing, scanning, and organizing documents - Handle incoming and outgoing email - Assist with basic clerical tasks as needed Skills:
- Proficient in office procedures and protocols - Strong front desk and customer service skills - Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills - Computer literate with knowledge of basic software applications (Microsoft Office, Outlook, Quickbooks) - Typing speed and accuracy - Experience working in a fast paced office is a plus, but not required - Ability to perform data entry tasks with attention to detail - Strong organizational skills for handling clerical duties This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys providing excellent customer service.
